  • The prices for goods shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable
  • We endeavour to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on our website is accurate.Errors can occur and we reserve the right to withdraw any goods from our website at any time and to alter prices shown.We are not obliged to supply goods/delivery costs at the incorrect price.
  • Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed. For further information please see our Delivery Information.
  • We will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours (2 working days) from receipt of payment of your order. Whilst we can promise to despatch on time we cannot promise a specific delivery date.
  • We do not offer any guaranteed delivery times and we do not offer any compensation for any delay.
  • All items returned to AGR Model Railway Store Ltd due to incorrect postal information will incur a secondary delivery/admin charge if redelivery is required.
  • Overseas shipping charges are not shown – these are calculated on individual order basis.
  • All goods are sent with a proof of postage
  • If additional insurance is required this must be specified and paid by the customer at time of ordering.
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the delivery services used.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to claim any lost items caused by the delivery service used.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery
  • Images on our website are for illustration purposes only to show an example of the product.
  • All complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).Complaints must be made via email to or via our online contact form.
  • Returns are NOT accepted unless you contact us first.Please see our Returns policy for full details.
  • We will refund any money due to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Delivery/admin charges are not refundable.
  • Work undertaken to repair faults caused by customers are NOT under warranty and will incur charges for repairs and delivery.
  • We are not held responsible for manufacturer’s defects or faults or customer negligence
  • We are not responsible for paying the customer’s return p&p – we recommend returning the item(s) in the packaging it was delivered in.
  • If we find the returned item not faulty we will contact the customer and will require payment for return delivery.
  • We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
