Standard shipping within the UK
As long as all the items ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of payment being taken, but this can’t be guaranteed especially when our packing office is busy.

(weekends packing & dispatching can not be guaranteed due to royal mail & other courier collection times )
All deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands could incur additional charges based on size/weight of the parcel box.
Express delivery within the UK
For a little extra, you can have same-day despatch on complete orders placed before 11am on weekdays. Delivery should be the next working day (weekend delivery cannot be guaranteed and public holidays are excluded. It goes without saying that once the parcel leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the delivery partner)

International Orders
All international orders will need to be emailed to us directly for postal quotes out of the UK, all postal charges will be sent using a tracked / insurance method.
Other points to note
– Orders can be delivered to a home/work address or friend’s house of your choice for added convenience. During the order placement process, you have the option provide specific delivery address or instructions such as “leave with a neighbor in flat 1.” Please note that AGR cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels if detailed delivery instructions are provided to the carrier.
– Delivery services are available from various carriers between 08:00 and 20:00, with some cases requiring a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to accept the parcel and there isn’t a secure location for its placement, a delivery driver should leave a calling card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.
– Alternatively, you may choose our ‘collect in person’ option and personally visit our store in Leighton Buzzard to retrieve your order.
